在雅思写作中，作品搭配有一些禁忌和需要注意的事项，以下是一些常见的错误和应避免的使用：

主谓搭配不当

当主语为“percentage/proportion of”时，谓语通常用“is”。

当主语是“the number of”时，谓语一般用“take up”“make up”“cover”等。

时态问题

在处理长难句时，考生可能会忘记理清句子结构，导致插入成分过多且搭配不当，从而产生语法错误。例如：“The government measures, which has negative influence on corporate employees, also poses as a threat to the benefit of the employers.” 这句话中，主谓的单复数搭配有问题。

介词使用不当

介词在内容修饰中起重要作用，但不应随便乱用，否则容易引起歧义。例如，避免过度使用“a lot of/lots of”，可以用“a considerable number of”代替。

使用过于常见的表达

避免使用“everything has two sides/every coin has two sides”，因为这种表达显得冗余，可以改为“There are two sides to every issue”或“Every coin has two sides”。

时间表述不精确

避免使用“Recently”，因为它过于模糊，可以用“In the last 5 years…”或“since…”来代替，以提供更具体的时间范围。

不恰当的词汇选择

避免使用“There is a survey…”而应该使用“Has there been a survey…”来构成现在完成时态，使句子更加准确和专业。
